If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our customer support immediately. ta1971 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized use.

Account Verification

Account Closure

You may request to close your ta1971 account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. Reactivation may not be possible after an account has been closed.

Deposit Rules

All deposits to ta1971 must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. Currently accepted payment methods:

• A minimum deposit of BDT 500 is required to qualify for the bonus.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the combined total of the deposit and bonus must be wagered 10 times.
• The Welcome Bonus can only be claimed once.

Reload Bonus & Others

• The weekly reload bonus is available subject to specific qualifying conditions.
• Referral bonuses will be credited after a valid referral has been verified.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses across multiple accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

6Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on ta1971. In any disputed situation, ta1971's decision shall be considered final.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless ta1971 cancels it at its own discretion.
• Ta1971 reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• In Live Betting, any bets already confirmed at the time of a connection loss will remain valid.

Maximum Win Limit

Ta1971 sets a maximum win limit per single bet. This limit may vary depending on the game type. Please refer to the rules of the relevant game section for more details.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ta1971 Platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated tools.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Exploiting the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing illegally obtained funds.
